Tomorrow is the day! Tomorrow is April 1st and I truly hope you will be joining me for my 30-Day Challenge. You can’t say, “No,” because you get to choose exactly what you want to do for the next 30 days! Heck, it could be “Eat ice cream,” if you want! But, don’t choose that one. Think of something that if you did it for 30 straight days, you’d be so darn proud of yourself.

I’m choosing three—I know, it’s a lot, but they are super simple. First, I’m going to pray and/or meditate for 30 straight days. I’m pretty good at that now, but I occasionally miss a day or two—I want to complete 30 straight days. Second, I’m going to do 15 minutes or more of exercise every day. Some days I skip the workout completely, but now I will have a minimum every day. And lastly, I’m going to write for 15 minutes each day. I have my next book ready to go in my mind, but as I understand it, you can’t order a book from Amazon that is only in my mind, so I will write.

What are you going to do for 30 straight days? Is there something you’ve been meaning to accomplish that you could benefit from by dedicating these 30 days to it? Give it some thought, but not too much, because tomorrow WE ROLL!
